A search feature at the link provides contact info of your own Congressional representatives, including their email, phone numbers and even Twitter accounts. 

Your honorable service in our US military meant laying your life on the line to protect and defend our US Constitution. As such, your personal voice speaking to these legislative issues comes from a uniquely powerful and sacred place, which your Congressional representatives clearly understand and respect.
